Job Description:
1. Have at least 2 years of experience in personnel and administrative management in large and medium-sized underwear enterprises, and holding a human resource management qualification certificate is preferred;
2. Familiar with the six major modules of human resources, able to improve the company's human resource management system;
3. Able to independently develop courses for employee training, comprehensively establish the company's assessment system, and promote implementation;
4. Strong communication, coordination, promotion, and organizational skills;
5. Having good language and text organization skills, familiar with office software operations;
6. Those with a good image and relevant experience in the lingerie industry are preferred;
7. Holding a human resource management qualification certificate is preferred;
8. At least two years of factory inspection work experience, able to independently lead all factory inspection matters.
